Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on product availability and final destination.

Shipping Rates

We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Order Issues & Delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or volume surges. If your order is delayed beyond 21 business days, please reach out to us at support@spotspawtique.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged, is missing, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo (if applicable) so we can resolve the issue promptly.
