We want you (and your pup!) to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

1. Contact us at [support@spotspawtique.com] with your order number.

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item back; we recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error or the product was defective).
