Check your Spot’s Pawtique order and find shipment tracking using your order confirmation email or your customer account.
Track from your email
- Find your Spot’s Pawtique order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
- Choose View your order to open your order’s status page, or follow the shipment tracking link in your shipping email.
- If prompted to verify your identity, enter your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout. Your order number is in your confirmation email.
Track from your account
Sign in using the email address you used at checkout, select your order, and open its tracking details when available.
Need a little help?
No tracking yet? Tracking appears when shipment information is added to your order. If your order has multiple shipments, check each shipment separately.
No new carrier updates? A tracking number can appear before the carrier has scanned the parcel. Check the carrier’s tracking page for the latest information.
Can’t find your order? Check your spam folder for your confirmation email and make sure you’re using the email address from checkout. Contact us if you still need help, including your order number if available.
Delivered but missing? Check your delivery area and with others at your address, then contact us for help.
Your privacy
This page does not ask you to submit order details. Verification happens through your customer account or your order-specific status page. Keep your confirmation email and order-status link private.
